Anna Maleszewska is the Operations Manager at Resident. She started her journey with Resident in February 2020. Anna currently oversees all day to day operations, such as order fulfillment and customer service. She also maintains vendor relationships as well as continuously seeking process improvements to scale Resident's ever-growing retail demands.

 

Prior to Resident, Anna worked as an Operations Analyst for software start-up Namely – optimizing customer onboarding processes and implementing site improvements. Her prior experience in a fast-paced company has prepared her for her current role in Resident.

 

In addition to enjoying her work, Anna loves to travel and is a huge animal lover. She has 2 dogs (Henry and Lucy) and a turtle named Fernando.
