Shawn has worked for over 25 years at Simmons Beautyrest, which eventually became SertaSimmons Bedding after a merger with former competitor, Serta. Shawn held a variety of management positions at Simmons and SSB while working with many of top furniture and mattress retailers throughout the country.

During this time, Shawn enjoyed working closely with his team as they developed successful retailer programs while focused on win-win solutions.

Some of the highlights from his time at SSB was being closely involved in the development and successful launch of the No Flip Mattress and Beautyrest Black.

Shawn is thrilled to join the Resident Home Team after being truly amazed by the company’s rapid success entering the mattress marketplace in 2016.

Shawn resides north of Boston with his wife Lisa and their children Brendan and Michael.  Shawn is an avid Boston sports fan and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, golf, fishing and bicycling.
